POSITION:                CABIN GROOMER
REPORTS TO:           RAMP COORDINATOR
DUTY STATION:       DAR ES SALAAM

Role Purpose Statement: Ensuring highest levels of cleanliness, safety, online performance while upholding customer satisfaction hence repeat business and continued profitability

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
·  To clean interior/exterior of aircraft in compliance with airline standards and customer expectations
·         To dress aircraft interior in compliance with airline standards and customer expectations
·   To replenish required cabin amenities in compliance with airline standards and customer expectations
·         Retrieve amenities to facilitate recycling and cost reduction
·         To ensure a safe & secure working environment in compliance with relevant
legislative/industry requirements
·         Intensive cleaning of the entire cabin according to the company standard operating procedures
·      Replenishing all the aircraft lavatories with aircraft amenities and filling all the soap dispersers with liquid soap
·         Loading of in flight materials i.e. blankets headsets, in flight journals for passenger comfort.
·         Clearing of the foreign objects in case one comes across any
·         Ensuring any security issues and items and returning all the forgotten passenger items found on board to the company security agents

·         Ensuring all the aircraft have required emergency equipment checklist
·    Safety ensuring all the technical defects encouraged during the time of duty are reported to the engines
·         Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor


Minimum Qualifications:
·         Advance/Ordinary level of secondary education (C Plain).
·         3 months experience
·         Communication and interpersonal skills

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
·         To ensure efficient & effective transit of passengers in compliance with carriers policies/procedures and customer expectations
  • To ensure efficient & effective passenger service in compliance with carriers policies/procedures and customer airlines approved SLA.
  • To ensure compliance with safety & security standards in our operations to comply with relevant statutory and industry requirements.
  • To protect and enhance revenue collection to meet Company and Customer airlines targets.
  • To effectively communicate relevant aspects of service delivery internally and externally to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure and maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in compliance with company procedures, regulatory authorities and requirements of customer airlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
·         college Graduate
·         Relevant lATA/ UFTAA qualifications or equivalent
·         Certification in relevant computer applications
·         Experience in delivering service in demanding consumer environment
·         Fluency in appropriate foreign languages an added advantage
·         3 years Experience in airline industry.

Role Purpose Statement: ‐ To provide a safe, secure, efficient and customer focused passenger services in compliance with regulatory requirements, Company’s policies and Customer airlines procedures.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
·         Supervise and ensure efficient and effective check in and boarding of passengers in compliance with carriers policy/ procedures and customer expectations
·         Supervise baggage handling and prepare weekly baggage handling report. Liaise with the GHA to ensure lost baggage is communicated, traced, and delivered to affected passenger
·         To ensure conformity with all regulatory requirements, organization standards and local procedures as well as requirements of customer airlines
·         Effective deployment of resources to ensure efficient & effective service delivery.
·         Effective communication internally and externally to enable effective planning control and reporting.
·         To ensure a safe & secure working environment in compliance with relevant legislative/industry requirements.
·         Audit, review and report on service delivery to monitor compliance SLAS’s.
·         Strict control of excess baggage collection and remittance
·         Record all flight movements as per company requirement
·     Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

POSITION:               SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
REPORTS TO:          INFORMATION SYSTEMS OPERATION MANAGER
DUTY STATION:      DAR ES SALAAM

Role Purpose Statement: ‐ To configure support, monitor and manage Precision Air’s Information Systems ensuring that the systems are available and optimized at all times

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
·         Ensure that systems under your responsibility are available 99.9% of the time by designing and implementing applicable availability strategies.
·         Maintain the technical documentation, software and licenses in the library.
·         Ensure data backup's media are loaded and retrieved from application servers.
·         Capacity planning for systems under the administrator’s responsibility.
·         Monitor and file backup/restore logs and take necessary remedial action to ensure integrity.
·         Maintain Data centre environmental conditions as per defined standards and take corrective action.
·         Secure (seal) backups tapes and ensure they are transported safely to and from offsite storage.
·         Carry on second level security administration for both Software and IT-Related hardware in the company.
·         Carry out second level IS support and administrative tasks as necessary to enable the IS Operations users carry out their duties effectively.
·         Perform day-to-day maintenance and support of business applications systems and networks at all levels as may become necessary
·         Provide technical assistance, support and advice to users.
·         Provide second level Support of organization's LAN and VPN, Internet and Intranet systems.
·         Maintain network hardware and software, analyze problems and monitor network performance.
·         Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
·          At least Bachelors’ Degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Technology.
·          Microsoft Certified Professional is desirable.
·         Good knowledge of airline communications technology, IATA system processes and standards will be an advantage.
·         Good experience in supporting oracle databases
·         At least 2 years working experience in ICT Support.

SENIOR CABIN CREW at PRECISION AIR

POSITION             SENIOR CABIN CREW

REPORTS To:          CHIEF CABIN CREW

DUTY STATION:    DAR ES SALAAM

Role Purpose Statement: -
 Ensure that a consistent quality customer service is given to the PAX in a safe environment for their comfort and satisfaction while providing assistance to the purser on board and leadership in economy class.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

·         Deliver and ensure in-flight customer service is carried to agreed company standards to exceed customer expectation

·         Ensure proper utilization of company property to guide against wastage, misuse and damage while ensuring that all documentation as regards to bar is handled correctly

·         Ensure implementation of safety and emergency standards at all times and ensuring that all mandatory checks in regards to safety is given to the purser on time

·         Lead and motivate the cabin crew teams for maximum productivity
·         Evaluate service procedures and recommend changes where necessary for efficiency and customer satisfaction
·         Safeguard aircraft and customer documents to minimize legal exposure
·         Ensure duty free sales are carried out to maximize profits
·         Check that crew appearance standards comply with company standards
·         Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures with reference to the company Operations Manual
·         Check and ensure cabin appearance standards comply with Company standards
·         Ensure any lawful instruction by PIC is adhered during the flight.
·         Perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor




Knowledge, Skills and Experience
·         Computer proficiency
·         At least three years experience as a Cabin Crew
·         Competence on technical aircraft type specific & emergency procedures
·         Leadership and communication skill
·         IFE and Aircraft systems proficiency
·         Dangerous goods
·         CRM & Survival training
·         Modern Basic Life Support training relevant to in flight cases
·         Knowledge of TCARS, IOSA & ICAO regulations with emphasis on personnel licensing and operations of aircraft.
